The bulk of our work in this area is to help foreign companies who wish to explore setting up operations in China.

This is the scenario In 90% of cases:

- The only thing the company needs to do is get here.
- We arrange for an assistant/interpretor, who will accompany them throughout their trip.
- We make lodging & transportation arrangements.
- The assistant will meet the client at the airport and take them to their hotel.
- Ideally, the client should make the tip when a relevant Trade Exhibition is taking place. This enables the client to get an overview of their industry in China, make contacts, etc.
- The assistant is at the client’s disposal throughout all activities, acting not only as interpretor, but also as assistant, taking notes, collecting business cards, etc.
- We arrange office and/or factory visits, for the client to gather more information.
- We arrange a meeting with a Legal Consultant, for the client to get informed regarding the legal requirements & challenges of setting up a company in China.

If needed, we can also arrange tourist activities, shopping, sightseeing, etc., with or without a guide/interpretor.

After the client returns home, we can continue to work on their behalf, either as a simple consultant doing short-term work, or as formal representatives, in charge of setting up the new company.

For the work we do for companies operating in China who wish to reach the expat market, we manage their online presence, create blogs, organize events, etc. The expat market is relatively small, but very concentrated, and full coverage can be achieved at very reasonable costs.
