The websites we create and develop are more than simple promotional tools. They are online solutions, to help our clients maximize efficiency.

When we begin a new project, we dive right in, learning as much as we can about how our client’s business works, identifying every area that can be improved. Based on this research, we create a plan that will address these issues, fix the problems, etc. Our goal is to become a part of the greater team, acting as an “in-house Website Management department”.

We put ourselves in our client’s shoes, and create Content Management Systems that are intuitive and easy to use, while providing advanced control functions, so that the Client can do most of the Content Management themselves.

Our Work Plans are comprehensive, with development schedules (with milestones) and numerous options. We feel it’s better to spend the time necessary on this part of the project, and avoid misunderstandings and/or confusion later.

In the pre-production/design phase, we do not push our design ideas onto our clients. Our job is to interpret our client’s wishes and deliver a design that matches those wishes. We encourage clients to show us examples of other websites they like. In many cases, we work in conjunction with our clients’ own graphic design team to create a design perfectly suited to the job.

During production, we keep in touch with the client, reviewing the work as we go, and providing tutorials regarding the functions.

We are fully versed in the importance of Mobile websites & Search Engine Optimization. Almost all the websites we develop are Responsive and soundly structured, to ensure the best search engine results.

Once the website is complete and “live”, we’re always available for updates, upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.
